ASSESSMENT OBJECTS ARE:

Land plots, apartments, houses, summer residences, premises, commercial facilities, industrial production, agricultural land;

TERMS OF PREPARING REPORTS:

• Apartment - 1-2 business days from the moment of visual inspection of the property.

• Houses, plots, garages - 1-2 days of the working day from the moment of visual inspection of the object of assessment.

• Commercial real estate - 2-4 business days from the moment of visual inspection of the appraised property.
